Audi a4 quattro 1.8t 2000 limp mode
Ok guys so i got an a4 quattro with a neuspeed chip in it not sure what chip though, cant figure out how to find out. Ecu is written neuspeed 64.02.19 on it . Anyways i put a manual boost controller for it to hold its boost rather then bleed off and raise it a few psi as i was only getting 10psi then taper off. Anyways with the mbc set to 12 psi it pulls nice and hard problem is sometimes on the highway it spikes to 13-14 and then hits limp mode and will not boost for more then half a second like 2-4 psi then fall back to 0 untill i drive it around the city abit or reset the ecu. In the city i can drive it at 16 psi all night if i want but as soon as i get on the highway i hit limp mode…. Unless i drop it to 10 psi . Diverter valve is connected directly to intake and i have swapped out for a forge as well any ideas whats causing this ? I thought pchip was supposed to allow up to 15psi

also to note it seems like im only giving it a quarter throttle when in limp mode even less
