Audi dealership ruined my engine!!!
You could file a complaint with BBB and write a few negative reviews on them.
Ultimately small claims court is your only option if none of the other suggestions work for you. Start a log and write down EVERYTHING. After they receive a court summons they might ask to settle out of court to avoid the hassle and negative exposure.
Whatever you do don't let them do the work, any possible evidence showing fault will likely disappear!

Again the dipstick has nothing to do with the cam chain tensioner, unless they pulled the oil pan to retrieve pieces of broken dipstick and somehow managed to screw up the oil pump or pickup enough to lower the oil pressure enough to damage the chain tensioner (hint: that didn't happen). Fact is your chain tensioner broke for one of many possible completely unrelated reasons, it just happened to align with your car getting some work done. If you're not ready for these kinds of problems sell the car now before you run to the dealer again and pay thousands for a job that should cost hundreds.
