Does anyone have any information about a recall involving ignition coils on the Audi A4? guessing that B5's were not included but want to be sure.

 

if you go on audiusa.com you can type in your VIN number and it will tell you all recalls that were applied to your vehicle.

IIRC its under ownership section and then under service recalls and campaigns

i remember reading online that 01 maybe 00 1.8t's had a recall for the coils... i could be completely wrong, but i'm pretty sure.

 

2001 A4 B5's are included in the recall of the ignition coils,i know this because i brung mine to my local audi stealership and had all 4 replaced for free,one of the old ones was causing cylinder misfires, after all 4 were replaced,never had a misfire again.

Go to your local audi stealership and give em your vin,you'll be right as rain
