I did a very stupid thing and drained the auto transmission fluid in my A4 B5 V6 2.6 - by mistake. Its a standard 5 speed auto.
I am attempting to re-fill it but am not sure how. I am assuming I have to open the large
sunken plug at the bottom rear of the sump, am I right?
I am trying to obtain a 17mm allen hex key, would this work? I have tried to weld some
nuts on a bolt that fits, but all attempts fail. It is Very tight!
Does anyone have any tips on how to remove the plug and any other tips on re-filling
the sump??
