Okay, so I got a totaled Passat that has a AEB engine in it and what exactly does the Passat and A4 share?

I'm looking at the ECU and there's a difference:

8D0907557P - Passat
8D0907557C - A4

Pretty much the AEB so far is looking identical parts wise..

Reason I ask, because I'm partying out the passat (just need the engine) and trying to scavenge as much parts off the Passat before I get sell it off to the metal recyclers.

Yes, I checked the engine before I started to gut the car, runs, doesn't knock, and less miles that my A4 that needs the head rebuilt. The turbo is also leaking less oil too..
