I have only had one bad experience with ECS over the years, but it was not so bad that I wouldn't buy from them again or feel I needed to bad mouth them in the forums.

That aside, you decided not to put your exhaust on because they sent you the wrong nuts? Why not just run down to the local hardware store and buy some stainless steel ones and get the job done? Then replace them when your correct nuts arrive... seems like a lot of fuss over something so simple, but maybe I'm not getting the whole story

Have you ever replaced an exhaust manifold? It's a BITCH! (At least with the ATP manifold...I'm sure the smaller OEM one wouldn't have been such a PITA.)

I did end up getting the nuts from the Stealership because I wasn't about to lose another day of vacation time for nothing. But damn...they still didn't send me the correct parts!

Point being, their customer service sucks, as several others have confirmed.

To everyone else who posted, thanks for the links to other companies. I will definitely be contacting them when I need parts in the future.
