The only real difference I'm aware of is tip design - sound-wise they should be pretty close.

Imola hit the pavement for the first time today, all new control arms and axles installed yesterday, fluids topped off and it was left idling for 20 min.

today my dad and our mechanic took it out for a spin, he said its so much quicker than my a4. (he doesnt think i should drive it ahah)

No weird lights or sounds turbos are healthy alignments alittle off but ill fix that after i swap my coils on.

Ill get pics next time im home within the next two weeks some time.

Small update.
came home for the 3 day weekend from school so decided to go visit the s4.
Its been sitting for a month, but about a week ago i picked up an oem imola bumper for $80. Needs a little bit of work its cracked on the bottom but no where near as bad as mine was so it will be repaired this week. May or may not need a powersteering pump, my dad said it ran perfect when he used it but yesterday when i started it it was making noise... Plan is to have it on the road by the end of next month with coils and headlights swapped over. (start of show season)

heres a couple pics i took while with the car i was mocking the bumper up to see if the color was close enough to the body color. wasnt fully mounted so dont mind the gaps.

"A4 catches fire; gets a hot deal on an S4."

The crack doesn't look that bad either. At least it's not in a spot where it would be really noticeable. Plans for grills and fogs down the road?

haha yea i got a super good deal...
I really dont see the other one being repaired its missing some big chunks. I was debating painting it like sparkys bumper and rocking it during winter.

heres what it looks like..
