What is the best spark plug gap for 1.8t with a K04? I am running the basic GIAC software and 5 bar FPR. Current spark plugs are NGK BKR6E

Best range is .032 to .028, you want to start off at .032 and then work your way down if you get some misfire because of spark blow out. The reason to start off larger is because more resistance means more voltage.
0.26 works best. Overall adjusting the gap made a big improvement.

Yeah every car and setup will be different.
BTW I am sure you meant .026, .26 would be HUGE seeing that is over 1/4". lol
