Do you have access to a VAG-COM? I know the settings for this can be adjusted in one of the adaptation channels.

The first week or so of having my car, I had no idea about anything dealing with the LCD display. I thought it was so awesome to have a miles left on tank display. Then one day, my display was blinking 2:00 and I had no idea why. I was so bummed out...then a day or so later the display was back. That's how I got into audiforums.com cause I had no idea what the hell I was doing to change it. I swear to God I poured over my dash and couldn't find the controls...then it rained one day and I turned on my windshield wipers. I had an epiphany...

I found out about the motion sensors accidentally. I was in a parking lot waiting to pick my GF up, and decided to take a little nap. (car off) So being my normal, lazy self, i locked the doors with the key fob, arming the alarm (and the motion sensors). So i'm snoozing comfortably, then i shift my weight in the seat and..... HONKHONKHONKHONK!!

I nearly jumped outta my skin lol.

find someone with vag-com and have them change the settings so you can do this with your key fob. That **** is the bees knees when its hot out
