but you just posted someone with an EVO 9[20g stock] trying to make 400Awhp and people telling him that with every bolt on plus race gas he might be able to do it..

i've been a long time lurker on evolutionm and have never seen 400Awhp on a 16g. and very few that have acheived that on a TD06-20G.

 

with his mods listed and if he pulled a really good 60', he could be in the high 14's. but he's definately not in the lower 14s. that is a fact kemp

 

Im sorry, but the IX still has a 16g stock. Yes it has been done several times. If you scroll down and READ, there is someone listing 2 people that did it. There are a couple others (just saw one about 2 weeks ago) so its been done more than a few times.
