Default BOV question

I just got a deal on a FMIC and a greddy RS BOV on the forums. The BOV mounts to a piece of the intercooler piping, but I was wondering if anyone has made this work like a DV by using a recirculation fitting. This isn't the exact fitting I bought, but it looks like this http://www.frsport.com/index.php?tar...roduct_id=1309

If this is a fairly simple replacement of a DV let me know, but if it's going to be a hassle I'll just buy a DV and sell the BOV on ebay or something.

Here's the BOV.. http://www.streetunit.com/GReddy_Typ...p/11501662.htm

As long as the piping for the new IC has a flange on it that matches whats on that BOV, should be a pretty simple fix. However, thats very different than whats on the stock piping.

Lol I actually made a fitting for that EXACT valve a while back. It was a 1.25 inch rubber hose with a
1.25 > 1 adapter that I ran back to the stock place. Worked perfectly.

Until I went mafless and went t3/t4
Let me see if I can find it and send you a pic.

Edit: Vent it for a day, its fun

One of the pieces of the piping had the flange welded to it and I bought a gasket for it, so I'll just have to get some hose, and possibly something if the size is different than what it's going to. The BOV attachment I got is a 1inch piece. It's good to heard it won't be too much of a problem

edit: pics are always good too
