I have a leak on the driver floor mat. It looks clear and is slippery. I am guessing that it is brake fluid/clutch fluid. Has anyone had this similar problem? I searched the forum and couldn't find anything where something was leaking in the foot well.

i've never heard of brake fluid leaking inside the cabin. are you low on any fluids? pics? the only other fluid that can get inside the cabin would be water or coolant. coolant is pink and water isn't rly slippery.

 

OK got home and removed the knee bolster and found that the leak is mineral oil from the steering column. I am not low on fluid but it is leaking. Any help?
