A/C Problems!
I never really used the A/C on my car ever until trying out recently, and that thing just does not get cold! I feel air blowing out, but I don not feel it getting cold...
Do I just need to refill that R#### something? If it is that, how exactly would I do that? Where is the place to put it in?
If it is not that, what else could it be?
Thanks in advance!

Its R-134a, you could connect a pressure gauge to the low pressure side (service manual shows which one, i think its the right side valve and they are different sizes anyway, however you wouldnt wanna connect to the high accidently especially if you decided to fill it.) It could be low (so then you probably have a leak) or it could be a control head issue so vag HVAC or go to audiworld.com and find the codes youcan find through the control head (you dont need vag for that). Check to make sure you hear the compresser come on when you turn it on, if you dont it could either be extremely low, too high, the pressureswitch itself, ac relay, or compresser/compresser belt might be bad.
First off check if year hear the AC clutch engage. Check the AC fuse. check tha the secondary electric fan switches on. The electric fan at the radiator often burns out and the AC won't work well without it.
Get hold of a vagcom and check the HVAC and flap valves.
