Default Car runs like crap

Ok so i have a 00 a4 1.8 and the car runs fine when the weather is under 60 degrees. But if it is hot outside my car seems to have problems accelerating seems very sluggish. also feels like i dont have any boost. I know this sounds like a dumb question but does anybody know what this could be from. this is without the a/c on so it cant be that.

I'm new to Audi's myself, but my first guess would be maybe a clogged fuel system, gummed up injectors and a bad/old filter and the hotter fuel has a harder time getting through the system. My next guess would be a problem with the exhaust systems but I'm unsure of what exactly in the exhaust systems might cause a sluggish engine simply because of increased temps. Just guesses, but its somewhere to start I suppose.

do you have a CAI? if so you might be having heatsoak. cold air is denser than hot air so you'll feel more of a kick from the engine. making a heatshield will help the problem a bit. get a fmic is though

Ok i dont have a CAI but it seems the problem only occurs when its at about 240 degrees on the oil temp. I think that should be normal. Would a CAI help keep that down? sorry i dont know much about cars
