If it's a B6 1.8T, I believe so. There is a VIN split with the 2.0T B7, which definitely wont fit a B5 or B6 1.8T.

You could also hit up Labree for a well made, high flow cat that is very reasonably priced and far better made than any other aftermarket replacement.
