You need to go to AutoZone and have them scan your car (free) and then post the codes here or plug them into the search.

What year? Could be coilpacks or spark plugs.

i've changed everything. fuel injectors, spark plugs, coil packs, ECT sensor, MAF is good, and now the vacuum check valve and suction pump, still, nothing

Well there are 4 vaccum check valves in your engine, did you replace them all or just one? Does your engine sound like its sucking in air or not?

i only replaced one cause the dealer said i needed one and it was obvious which one i needed to change (i also blew through it after i took it out to check and air went through both sides) the suction pump was leaking a bit of oil. i can't really hear anything different except when i give it gas you can hear that it's "misfiring"

You might have an ignition problem then, you need to have it scanned again, just go to autozone if you don't have a VAG COM, they can pull the codes for free. Then post the codes back here.

would an ignition problem fix itself after the engine's warmed up?
