Is this possible or would it require replacing all of the weather stripping and molding then in that case im too lazy

 

Gotta DIY. Only the 2.8 came with it. The 1.8T got the black trim.

 

its a very complicated process. its all rivited in so you need to drill out the rivits and re rivit it onto the new car, im sure theres more to it than that too. you can aways pait them. probly cheaper and easier

 

yeah I dont feel like even messing with that the chrome probably would look better with the tint im getting but painting it would probably look terrible

 

Chrome is overrated anyway

 

ya it's a really annoying process. you can just find 2.8 doors in the same color though. but good luck with that with the color you have haha.
