Clutch... HELP.
K... I installed a F1 racing clutch that seems to have completely destroyed my car.. With the F1 setup my car would not go into gear which obviously meant pressure plate wasnt releasing so I replaced said clutch with a LuK oe replacement, which allowed my car to go into gear smoothly but then would not release from gear once it was in, also, while my pedal was down, it would enguage, slamming back into gear during deceleration... So, I replaced my Slave cylinder, this did NOTHING. So I replaced my clutch master cylinder, still more of the same.
Im looking for new ideas, fresh eyes so to speak WITHOUT any smart *** "know it alls" wasting my time... Im running out of ideas here and need to get my car running.... Any honest help I would really appreciate.
So that you know everything I do, I also did Polly Dif & driver side trans mounts and a B&M short throw. All 3 went in perfectly without any force or hassle. I cant think of any way that mounts or a short throw could cause these kinds of problems, but if you can .......

You're not running a stock flywheel are you? It shouldn't pop out of gear with a LUK clutch in there, unless the linkage is completely adjusted incorrectly.
This would have nothing to do with anything hydraulic.

yes I am running a stock flywheel and I didn't replace it because it only had about 1/2" of rotational travel in either direction, so I just knocked the glazing off of it and put the new LuK oe kit in.
Popping out of gear is not my problem though, when I am in gear and I push down on my clutch pedal it pops INTO gear while my foot is still on the floor.
EX: Im on the highway, 70mph in 4th, I push down on my clutch to downshift, before I even get it out of 4th the pressure plate is getting slammed back into the clutch disc while my foot is still down.
and how exactly can I check the adjustment on my linkage b/c I've been thinking this could be part of my problem?
Thanks for the help Tech.

You need to buy a bentley manual to see how to adjust the linkage. The linkages are really touchy and thats most likely your problem. You can try and play with it first and see if that changes anything. You have to take off the trim around the shifter to get at the adjusting bolts.
yeah but how could the linkage needing adjustment cause it to randomly go back into gear while I have the pedal down??
I have the VAG A4 technicians service manual, adjusted the linkage to all Audi specs and still have the same problem.
Im not trying to be difficult, just at my wits end here.....

Either you don't have the linkage adjusted correctly or something is wrong with the clutch. It shouldn't just pop into gear by pushing in the clutch pedal. Something is catching the gear shift linkages when pushing in the clutch. I would loosen the subframe and let it hang to get a better look up there. Then have someone push in the clutch and see if you can see whats happening from underneath.
Does it go into any specific gear when you push the clutch in? Like does it always go into 3rd or something like that?

YES!!! thank you B5... It goes into gear perfectly, while its in gear and I push the clutch down the pressure plate is getting slammed back into the clutch disc.. at least thats what it feels like is happening...
I really appreciate the suggestions Auditech but my linkage is not the problem, if you have new ideas I would really like the help, my car is pretty much an effin paper weight right now.
