96 a4 Quattro

I have no clue exactly what happened! But while driving to work this morning my clutch pedal after being pushed suddenly stuck to the floor but with a little more effort than before, it would still go into gear after I stopped and pulled the clutch pedal up! it built pressure again. but my clutch is slipping like it was sprayed with clutch fluid

Sounds like the slave cylinder, Could also be the master but I believe the master cylinder on these cars is a combined brake/clutch so if your brakes are fine, your master is fine (might be wrong on this, forgot where I read it). More likely the slave

Brakes are still working just fine... Car barely made it home though last hill on my road I didn't think it was gonna make it up it!

Looked into the parts at my local auto parts stores and I'm not willing to pay almost 400 for just the clutch I found a stage 3 racing clutch on eBay for only $209 plus shipping

No, it isn't the same.

OP, I highly doubt you have a clutch problem, but unless you want to buy a new clutch, I would driving the car. What is happening is the clutch is being stopped from completely engaging. You need to look at the whole system, from maste cylinder, to the line, to the slave cylinder, to the fork. You could have a clutch problem, but I don't think so right now

Is there an inspection cover for the clutch/flywheel so I can look at it?

no, the tranny needs to be removed to access the clutch.

There is no cover to even be able to look at the clutch? That sucks....
