looks like you've basically got the idea. I might secure the ICM up out of the way someplace so its not flopping around on top of the filter like that, those things are pretty temperamental. Earlier B5's did not have a secondary air intake pump, which is where the whole breather filter comes in. If you had one it would be pretty apparent with the air box apart like that.

Yep, thats it. Sorry I didn't catch that in your original post. You could probably extend those parts of the wiring harness but IMO its more trouble than its worth.

and they sit on the heat sink for a reason..... it gets hot..... don't want to burn a hole in your filter
