Coolant Temp Sensor/Location?

t-stat only costs a few bucks. that's cheaper than the cts.

No, but still a bit more involved than the CTS. Still, for the cost of parts and the relative ease of the work, might as well do them both. It'd be good to do one of the replacements and then try it out before doing the other though, just to know which fixes the problem (for curiosity's sake).

I agree. Might as well do them both!! I didnt think the stat was that easy!! thanks Chaos! And I agree with you uptown, I'll do one and then the other just to determine what caused the problem!! cool, thanx Fellas!!

yeah i get what your saying, you cant really get easier than undoing a single clip lol. but me personally, i like to try the cheapest options first even if they take a little longer.

I agree with you on that. Overall I think that between the two parts he'll end up with a fix for very little money and not much time.
