Default Dashboard clock time change

A4, 1999, V6

Strange, but true. I might not even end up asking a question here, cos i already know (or think i know) the answer...sitting in an extended shift at work and getting bored, so decided to write a bit here.

Had given my car to Meineke for an oil change and boom! when they return it, I notice that the clock time has changed! After going thru some posts here I think pulling the **** near the clock and turning it would help reset the time, if anyone knows better, please let me know.

But how on earth did the clock time change for an oil change??? As they say, '**** happens'!!!

Maybe they were trying to reset the service light and forgot the first step, if any of them knew about it?
