Any one know what if any rear drive shafts will interchange with a 96 A4 Quattro with a 2.8L and an Automatic Trans? The front half of the axle is supposed to be carbon fiber, didn't notice it while I was under the car shaking it this weekend. Need a new center carrier bearing and at least the front u joint on the rear half of the shaft, as theres a ton of play in it. Found one for a 97/98 with a 1.8L and auto transmission, but have no idea if they interchange.
