Default DTC Question

Just pulled a P0158. O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2...It reads at 1.275 Volts while the others are pulling around .480. Just wondering if anyone would know what caused it and if I definitely need to get this fixed asap.

Probably just a weak ground in the wiring for that sensor. You can replace the sensor or live with it. It wont affect your mpg or performance.

Swap the post-cat O2 sensor to the opposite cat and erase the DTCs. If the DTC returns, but follows the O2 sensor to the opposite bank, replace the sensor.

Well it's throwing the codes again so I guess I'm looking at replacing bank2 sensor2. If anyone has replaced this O2 sensor, how big a pain in the *** is it to swap out?
