My engine (12v 2.8) has a tick. It's not very loud unless I'm full throttle. I've checked my oil level and it is fine so I don't think it's lifter related. There's a tick coming from the engine bay at idle but it's not from around the heads, it's more in the center, exhaust leak? I'm confused and tired of my car sounding cheap
