I am looking to buy a catback exhaust for my 1998 1.8 quattro. I found someone selling one but it was on a 2000 2.8. Just wondering if this exhaust would bolt right on or would I have to do a little extra to make it fit?

 

Im no expert but im pretty sure 97'-01' would all have the same exhaust set up. So i don't see why it wouldn't work. Don't quote me though.

 

2.8 exhaust will not fit on a 1.8.
