Default few issues, knowledge needed

Hey guys as you know I recently came over from the DSM community. Traded for my audi sooo any knowledge would be excellent.

Year:1996
Make:Audi
Model: A4 2.8
Trans: 5 speed

Car is completely stock

Both passenger side doors windows do not want to work. I am getting power to the switch though. Passenger side rear door won't open up. Passenger side door barely opens takes a few but eventually opens. Rear drivers side door only opens from outside and its not the child lock. Trunk won't shut after open seems to be due to the button u push it doesn't trigger back out looks like a possible easy fix if I'm told how to fix it. Power locks don't seem to work thinking its a possible vaccuum leak?

Anything else I notice ill post up but I believe that's all.

Thanks.

I have the same issue with the rear drivers side door. I have been too lazy to take a look. Your passenger windows may need new regulators. I had to replace my drivers side. I picked up a Meyle unit from MJM Autohaus for $74 without motor. Now the drivers side window runs smooth.....just a thought

Yes I determined it was the regulator in the rear so far. Now I'm having a issue with my moonroof will only go back...thinking its a bad switch?

Also keep me updated on your results from ur door. Don't wanna rip mine off and not be able to fix it just yet

Welcome to the Audi community.

It could be the electrical.
Do you have an aftermarket auto-starter or something along those lines?

Thanks for the welcome!

Loving the audi forum and I love the attention that comes along with owning an audi!

I do not have any alarm or auto start. Fuses are fine. Breif check of the relays under the dash. I toom apart the switch it looks beat but I'm not sure exactly how to tell the condition of the switch or even wha tto clean it with? Been told u can clean and repair them
