Now I know that on the ebay page for the easy to install link it stops at 1998 but at the risk of sounding like a dumbass would they still work in my 99 A4 I have?

I have the same exact thing with the foglights in the headlights but I'm gonna get Halos eventually and wanna get the external foglights cause it looks very clean on the car.

and if they aren't compatible would you know where I could locate some outside of Ebay? I look online but I get sent on a wild goose chase a lot.

Also you've done everything I've wanted to do to my A4 so far. It's like looking into an almost exact future.
