Fuel Pressure Regulator

Where is this located on a 2.8 30v and how can i go about replacing it?

IIRC it is on the driverside fuel rail.

If you look at the 2 fuel rails, one of them should have a cup with a FPR placed inside of it that is held in with a U clip.
