Fuel Problems
Another quick way to confirm or eliminate the relay as the cause of the problem is to unplug it and put a jumper wire from the constant 12v (battery) terminal slot to the switched leg slot and see if it'll fire. In this way you're hard-driving the pump without using the relay and you can see if the symptoms persist.
I could believe the injectors are throwing codes as a result of a bad relay or ignition switch. Basically if the ignition switch is messed up and not fully firing up the fueling system it's easy enough to believe the injectors aren't going to work. One additional check you could do is to verify (with a meter) that all four injectors are properly grounded.

Update* i cleared the code and retryed the Throttle Body Alignment and IT WORK! car runs fine. but i had installed a used fuel pump and took it for a test drive and then the car died on me. good thing i had a spare, now the car is working well. but fuel pump seems to be priming quite loud. maybe because i have my back seats down?
