Default funny thing

so yesterday on my way to work I thought to myself "wow I can't believe I've owned this car for a few months and never got a cel or had any major problems." Driving home from work my check engine light comes on, go figure. Then this morning I'm sleeping and my alarm keeps going off which I believe is being caused by a bad latch in my drivers side.

lmao, you jinxed yourself by thinking that. you gotta have a mindset where you're always worried about your car breaking down. get the code and post it up here. do you have all your windows closed? if not, the motion sensor will trip the alarm. also, try pushing the button on the b-pillar by the seatbelt on the driver's side. it deactivates the motion sensors and might solve your problem

hahahah I am alwayssss paranoid about my car. I did go out and check the windows were up and i turned off the motion sensor. Im pretty sure I traced it to a bad connection in the door latch on the front driverside door. After I shut the door I haven't heard it go off sense then. Its pouring where I live right now so I'm not gonna make the autozone guy come out with the scanner. However I will post the code as soon as it stops raining.
