Is there any way to stop the headlight sprayers from popping up out of the bumper when I wash the windshield?

I cant remember if there is a seperate fuse for them, but you can disconnect the secondary pump for them. Open the hood and you can see it, its on the front of the washer fluid reservoir at the bottom. You can also turn your lights off when you go to wash your windshield, I think they need to be on for the light washers to activate.
