headlight/tail light malfunction, brake light

my center screen displays the headlight/tail light malfunction light and also the brake light. as far as i can see, all of my lights are in working condition. any ideas?

have you checked all bulbs , have you replaced any lately , could be a loose connection

Just wondering if you got this resolved. I am currently having kind of the same issue, so weird. Any resolution?
