Well, I really wouldnt put a 'racing' clutch in per say, but more of a 'pro street' type clutch. Racing clutches are really hard on the thighs for daily driving. If you are replacing anyways, I would upgrade to the next step up.

For Audi? I dont know... I'm sure someone here could help with that. My main experience is small block clutches.

Southbend makes good upgraded clutches for our cars and I don't think they'll cost you a kidney either.

Perfect. Thanks. What type of rotors do you have? and if you dont mind my asking how much did your whole set up cost? including brakes. and how much for your wheels?

My brakes are an upgrade to a set from the A8. They're sold as a kit from ECS Tuning and PureMS. The basic kit with vented rotors and TT caliper carriers is $265 last I looked (two rotors and two carriers), or you can step up to slotted or drilled/slotted rotors from Powerstop and the kit is then $350. That's the one I have and I'm using Hawk ceramicpads as well which were $94 but I've heard you can get them cheaper. Overall it was $444 + shipping and worth every cent - huge increase in braking ability for the money.

I'm asking $425 for the wheels with tires - there's a post in the wheel classifieds that has the details.
