Help me fix this please!

I think the problem is losing prime. Anyone have some ideas on what could make the fuel system lose its prime in a matter of minutes?

Also, did you have the same problem before you replaced your fuel pump?

Yes but nowhere near as often. After the new pump it is all of the time. On another forum someone mentioned that if the pump OS not sealed good in the tank, it can lose prime. D
So it could be an install issue.

I see where a number of people have had this problem, but nobody says what they did to fix it. If anyone has a fix, please post, if I get mine fixed, I will post on this thread what happened, please do the same. Thanks

Just had an idea i was reading that if you dont change the braided vacuum lines on our cars that they and begin to get weak and it can impact your fuel pressure, and pretty much everything that has to do with vacuum. Have you changed that line? because mine is the original braided hose and its pretty bad and i havent gotten around to changing it yet.

No, I haven't, but I just paid the dealer $500 to fix vaccuum leaks. I just had a check engine light come on, I will check it today
