SMI? I was reffering to the stock side mount intercooler and from your list there I assume yes. That's roughly the same style of setup I have. Have you put your car on a dyno and gotten some numbers? I am trying to put off getting a turbo as long as possible, but I really don't think i will find a deal as good as this on for a k04.

 

No I never ran it on a dyno but its quick. You will love it trust me. I do. the 225 tt's have k04's the 180 tt's are k03. Like I said I ran a flash with supporting mods on the K03, and noticed a dramatic difference in spool up with the K04. Not GT28 dramatic but enough to say that it was money well spent.

 

By the way im putting everything up on E-bay on friday. After that its only a matter of time before its gone. Pick it up now, or if it makes you guys feel better you can bid on the E-bay listings. I'll link to them.

 

I sent your friend an email about the k04. I think I might just have to take the plunge...

 

Its worth it if you need to replace the turbo anyway
