Horn Not Always Working

Hey, I got a 1997 A4 1.8T and the horn only works sometimes. When you lock it, it honks, but it only works sometimes from the wheel. Please help!

Intermittent fromt the wheel? Probably clock spring. Ever replaced that in that car?
