Turbo underboost usually = leak. You're losing air and sending too much fuel in your mix. Check all the hoses you can for cracks and splits. And make sure nothing has come loose.

All of my hoses have been checked. My Audi dealership could not fit me in today so i will be dropping my car off on Monday.

I was thinking I would have my guy disconnect the catalytic converter so i could try starting the car without it possibly killing the engine. Cause if it runs without it connect and does with it connected than it may be that the cat is bad too.

I dont know much about the cat but one of the first things i did was order some spark plugs. the old ones werent necessarily bad but i replaced them anyways since bought and had them delivered before i looked at the old ones.
