Exclamation I have two codes, I know You will help!

Hey guys, My Check engine light Is NOT on however I scanned it
to see anyway using my OBDII Scanner, and I got these two codes.

P0116 - Engine Coolant Temp.Circ Range/Performance

P0332 - Knock Sensor 2 Circ Low Input

From a lil researching I got what was above,

Could P0116 be caused by a bad Thermostat? I think mine needs to be
replaced, it is always at the cold unless I sit in traffic then It goes halfway...

The Knock sensor, where could I get this sensor and where is it located
on the car?

Thanks again guys!

I would replace the coolant temp sensor first. If that doesn't fix it the water pump is toast. When the pumps go out they will cause a knock, which is what the knock sensor is picking up, knock sensor don't usually go bad.
If the CTS doesn't fix it, replace both the water pump and thermostat while you're in there. If you need a timing belt, it would be best to knock it all out at once.

Well if you already replaced the water pump and thermostat........change the CTS sensor.

Are the codes you got present or present/intermittent? If not, erase them and see if they come back. They could be old, healing fault codes.
