For a stage 3+ S4 2.7t I would suggest a CM FX400 6 puck. Now if you want something above that without going twin plate clutch I can have CM make a custopm FX850 Super Single for the S4 2.7t just like I offer for the A4 1.8t. They use the PP from a FX850 Twin plate, cut it down for a single disk and mount it to a custom flywheel designed just for the Super Single.

The FX850 Super Single has a stiffer pedal then the FX400 since it has a clamping load of 3600 lbs vs 2200-2500 lbs for the FX400.
