"how everything works" - thats classic

try using the search function for any specific questions you may have, there is a trouble shooting guide which is helpful and you should be able to find vacuum system diagrams and fuse information.

There was a thread with a link to a very nice repair manual for 98-00 b5's that would be useful for you but I cant find it at the moment...you can always spend some $$ on the Bently manual which seems to be the best but if you search long enough you can find all you need for the basics.

schematics are in the first link in the first sticky in the very top of the b5 page. you should know this already because you should have READ THE STICKIES.
