What would cause the low beams to not work, along with the front and rear fogs to not work, and cause the high beams to only work when pulling the little lever back. Turn signals work perfectly. any ideas?

Jeremy, I came to that conclusion this morning lol. No power was going through the low beam fuses, only through the highs when i had to flash them and such.
