Mafs?
Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you have tried to replace the clip/plug that connects to the MAFS. If so, how easy is it? Or should I just have it done by my shop? The shop wants 1 1/2 of time for labor to replace the clip/plug =S.
Shouldn't be too difficult. If your new plug has the same color wires as the old one, it should be a lot easier. If they're different colors, you could cut one wire on the old plug then solder it to the corresponding wire on the new plug and do one at a time in that way. I've never done it but it seems like all you should have to do is strip the wires and solder them together. Use some shrink tubing if you have it. You could use crimp connectors but soldering will give you a better connection.
