Sounds good - make sure when you wrap the belt, you start at the crank and go counterclockwise so any slack ends up over the tensioner, so the tensioner can take it up without altering the cam-crank phasing.

 

forgot to get my torque wrench gotta go get it, to set the tensioner, other than that everything going smooth

 

everything is done now, i noticed it idles a lil higher, not sure if its normal. Other than that all that went bad was I broke where the hood release goes. lol all in all not a bad job at all for the weekend warrior

 

Where does the idle sit now? My wife's old Civic would bounce all over til the cooling system was fully burped, then it'd settle right in.

 

Took a cupla drives around town to bleed all the air out for me but didn't notice any change in idle. Nice job for the weekend warrior indeed! Congrats and enjoy the piece of mind knowing you should be safe for the next 60k miles
