Well after some thought and discussion I have some stuff lined up.

First is to complete my exhaust, custom down pipe and a high flow cat. Hopefully I can get into the shop this week if they have openings.

Next is a 17psi tune from k0mpresd so I can move on from my crap Speed Tuning tune. Hoping to get this in the mail Thursday.

Then a few months from now April/May (if I can wait that long) will be a TR18T FMIC.

Other little things such as the eBay short shifter and snub mount will also be done. As well as a rear (maybe front) sway bar(s). Still unsure what to get but the 034 ones seem to be the best bet.

 

Had my 2.5" turbo back exhaust installed today. Custom down pipe high flow cat and flex pipe. All 2.5 inch stainless.

Call me crazy but the car did actually seem to accelerate quicker noticed it right away. Can't wait to get my 17psi k0mpressd tune this weekend.

 

Alright some updates: custom 2.5'' turbo back exhaust completed. 034 snub mount arrived today, waiting on my eBay short shifter, and going to try out some Nokya Arctic White H7 bulbs for my foglights.

Probably going to order the JHM shift linkage and bushings so when I do the short shifter I will do those two things as well.

Last but not least 18psi APR stage 2 tune purchased from a member.

Anything else I should do/upgrade let me know, nows the time! I'm stockpiling parts!

 

Quick parts update, short shorter arrived the other day, independent fog light relay arrived today, BKR7E spark plugs, APR 2, 7000k fog lights to try out, JHM shift linkage ordered, RS4 rep honeycomb grill ordered. Some black spray paint to restore faded plastic, and dupli color metal specks red to make the engine bay pretty.

I got my 5000k HIDs from KR Auto today with some LED back up lights. Wanted the 6000k for some blue tint but there weren't in stock. We'll see how I like the color on these. I like the 5k headlights and 7k fogs will satisfy me though.

 

HIDs are awesome so far and a huge difference from stock. If you haven't fitted your headlights with HIDs you're doing it wrong.

Picked up an S4 rear swaybar as well, another member is shipping to me soon.

 

He did a tune for my avant. Really cool guy and the tune was the kitty's *******.
