So recently my car has started letting out blue smoke, usually on startup as its warming up and sitting and if i drive for a long time and sit for about 5-10 mins or stop and go it starts smoking.
My oil level is above maximum, which I've heard can keep the turbo from allowing to drain.
But in over 2k miles the oil level has not gone down at all.

My Engine was rebuilt 10k miles ago, along with the head and new valve seals.
If my knowledge is correct blue smoke is oil related.
I'm using 10-40 Amsoil european blend.


Any suggestions would be great.
I'm thinking its something PCV related or turbo seals.
