Default N75 Broken?

Situation is, n75 valve is ticking at idle. Mechanic said its going mental opening/closing or signaling whatever it does i didn't understand. At idle its ticks 2times a second or more.
When driving sometimes it feels like the turbo doesn't want to go after 60% throttle it will kick in full boost no problems. Driving normal 0-60 KM city driving under normal acceleration it kind of pulsates.

Now mechanic said it could be the n75 valve about to go, or the n75 trying to compensate for a weak or troubled turbo about to go.

Anyone have any ideas or similar experiences and/or suggestions?

also side note got the steering rack replaced 400 bucks? used. good deal?

well no reply. just wanted to let you know for anyone that might, very rare chance, but might have the same problem.

I guess my old old mechanic somehow, some reason, had switched the wiring for the n75 with the purge valve(ontop of the airbox). So the n75 was getting the wrong signal, now its perfectly fine, no more pulsating while driving. Changed the purge valve because i kept getting a cell for that toom, which was also fine but getting the wrong signal. but what you can you do.
