Personally I do not like the Mintex red pads.

I think there are other brands that perform better than mintex, like hawk, but the reason I use them is because they last forever. I've been on the same front set for 35k and they have tons of life left. They look to be 25% worn. At least get a partner to help you bleed the brakes. They are easy to get most of the air out, but not all. The power bleeders that work on compressed air are the best way. Got an air compressor? If so it could be cheaper to buy this rather than taking it to a shop.

i got ebc red stuff pads with stock size ecs tuning slotted and cross drilled rotors, they stop great the only draw back is you got to warm them up, but you should be driving like an a$^ when the motor isn't warmed up, so it isn't that bad

I have the hawk ceramic pads. And as stated before, the A8 rotors. very good quality. Just thought I'd let you know what pads I was running. And I have found the dust from the ceramic pads is much easier to clean. Just FYI

If you're still shopping, get the A8 kit, as CCA4 said lol. I love it. Hiwords has it and loves it. Manufan has it and loves it. Lots of other people have it and love it. Nothing else to be said really except order it and be happy
