need info

I just got my hand on a 96 a4 v6 with the quattro and i have no idea what i can do to this car? can i swaps the motor out or make thre v6 more powerful I got my a-- kick by a 300c no HEMI all stock on 22!!!!!! The car pull hard on take off but after that I get notting. I need info bad????????

Yeah, um sorry to break it to you but the only way you are gonna make any real power with this engine would be to do a **** ton of custom work (greater then the value of the car) and then you might do something, or you could do a VR6T swap. In all honesty the V6 A4's are cruisers while the 1.8t's are the bruisers.



You can check out places like ECS.com Purems.com, etc for parts to make it look better and turn better, but HP wise you're pretty much stuck at 170ish. Although if you can still find some there is a man by the name of mance who makes custom parts for the 12v engine like Throttle bodies, and Velocity stacks, that will help the engine and gain a few HP overall, but not much. But these parts are pretty hard to come by nowadays

OK but can i swap out for the 1.8t and you say try the vr6t not to sound stupid but this my 1st euro and my new to this.
