so i have been changing my oil for almost a year now in my 2.8Q with 97xxx miles now and have been puting in valvoline SAE 10W-40. recently my buddy bought a 2.8Q(wierd) with 165xxx and he asked me if he should change his oil with the high mileage stuff? thoughts? maybe i need it now too...

 

I have 146K mi. and use Mobil 1 10W-40 High Mileage.

 

Synthetic oil buddy. That's the best out there now.....
